Group Bookings
Thank you for choosing us to host your special day! We will ensure an intimate experience and look forward to making this time memorable for you and your loved ones.
Please carefully read the following policies below.
Group Booking Policy:
When booking a group event Willow Nail Salon requires the group host to have a credit card on file. Any adjustments to services or timing, have to be completed one week prior to the date of the event. If a cancellation occurs within a week of the event, the full total of services booked will be charged to the host card on file. Thank you for your cooperation.
NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT.
*If changes are made day of the appointment, including downgrades of a service, you will need to pay the full price of the original service booked.
Group Booking Form:
For group booking, we require you to fill out our Group Booking Form to ensure that each member of your group is accommodated accordingly. Once completed, please email your form to Hello@willownailsalon.com as soon as possible and our team will follow-up shortly after.
