Willow Nail Salon requires all clients to keep a credit card on file. We value your time, as well as our own. Appointments at Willow are all subject to our cancellation policy.

A cancellation after 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
